Located in Penacook, NH, Dawn has an extensive background as a tax accountant and an attorney and is well-versed in business and estate planning. Throughout her career, Dawn has been a successful entrepreneur, therefore, she understands the business world. She has assisted non-profits in attaining tax exempt status, drafted estate planning documents to assist in minimizing taxation, avoiding or minimizing probate. Dawn has achieved success in negotiating tax alternative solutions for her clients, including installment agreements, offer in compromise, penalty abatement and release of levies.
