Event takes place Feb. 22nd at the Community Learning Center

Sally Holder of the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center – Belknap County will share her experience as a former Certified Public Accountant and small business owner on this important topic.

Additionally, Chris Ratte will present key considerations from the business law perspective. Ratte will also share his knowledge of corporations and limited liability companies as an attorney with sklawyers, pllc Attorneys at Law.
