  • What types of mobile devices does FSB’s Mobile Banking App support?

    Our Mobile Banking App is available for both iPhone and Android devices. You can download the app via the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

  • Are there any other requirements for using the Mobile Banking App?

    Customers who would like to use our Mobile Banking App must have Online Banking with FSB. Once the app has been downloaded, you will need to open it to log in to your online banking account using your username and password. All of your account information will automatically be imported into the mobile banking app from your online banking account as part of the activation process.


  • How do I enable FSB Alerts?

    To access FSB Alerts in online banking, log in using your username and password, then click on the ‘Alerts’ tab located at the navigation bar in the upper, right-hand corner. To access the alerts in our mobile banking app, touch the home button to log in using Touch ID or enter your username and password into the appropriate fields. Next, select ‘More’ from the main menu, then tap the ‘Alerts’ tile. From here you will be able to create a variety of custom alerts based upon certain events, such as transaction history, account balances, deposits, withdrawals, account changes, and more.


  • How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?

    To enroll for Mobile Banking, you will need an Online Banking account. If you do not have an Online Banking account, visit our Mobile Banking page to sign up. Once enrolled in Online Banking, return to the Mobile Banking Apps page to receive more information, and to sign up or you can also download our Mobile Banking App by visiting the iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon App Stores.
