Franklin Savings Bank recently announced the promotions of Mike Duval to SVP, Commercial Loan Officer; Mark Wilson to SVP, Chief Credit Officer; Lori-Ann Bolduc to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Tilton location; and James Yates to Assistant Branch Manager, Goffstown location.

Mike Duval – SVP, Commercial Loan Officer
Mike joined FSB as VP, Commercial Loan Officer in 2019 and has over 30 years of experience in Commercial Lending. He is committed to building relationships and utilizing his extensive experience in the banking industry to serve the needs of businesses in our communities.
Mark Wilson – SVP, Chief Credit Officer
Mark joined FSB as VP, Credit Manager in 2022. He has over 10 years of experience in credit analysis, and over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Mark has an associate’s degree in business management and has served on several boards and committees over the course of his career.
Lori-Ann Bolduc – AVP, Branch Manager – Tilton
Lori joined FSB in January 2014 as a part-time Personal Banker at our upper Central Street location. She later transitioned to full-time and was promoted to Retail Trainer in February 2019 and then Branch Manager in 2020.
James Yates – Assistant Branch Manager – Goffstown
James joined the FSB team in 2023 as Personal Banker II. His eagerness to learn and grow in his career is clear in his willingness to jump in and help whenever possible. James completed the ABA Branch Manager Certification and recently attended Northern New England School of Banking in Portsmouth, NH.
