Franklin Savings Bank Community + Kindness Contest

During the month of June, Franklin Savings Bank will promote a Kindness + Community contest on Facebook and Instagram to solicit nominations on a non-profit organization in the communities served by the bank to receive a $500 donation. A participant who would like to nominate a non-profit in their community will need to mention the name of their chosen non-profit in the comment section below a post used to promote the Kindness + Community contest. One randomly-drawn non-profit will be selected at the conclusion of the campaign on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Participants will need to “like” or “follow” Franklin Savings Bank on Facebook and Instagram in order to find out the name of the winning non-profit.

The deadline to enter the Kindness + Community contest is Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 11:59 pm (EST). The winner will be announced on Friday, July 2, 2021. The contest will run from June 1-30, 2021.

The winning non-profit will be notified by telephone from a Franklin Savings Bank representative.

The “Franklin Savings Bank Kindness + Community” contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Franklin Savings Bank (“Sponsor”).

This Contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the contest will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook or Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal U.S. residents, Franklin Savings Bank customers, and non-customers at the time of entry who have Internet access prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Franklin Savings Bank employees and their immediate household members are eligible to nominate a community non-profit. One entry per person.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 (“Contest Period”). All entries (comments on contest posts) must be received during the contest submission period, beginning at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and ending at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

Method of entry into the Contest: Online Entries Only; you can enter the Contest through the Sponsor Instagram Page at https://www.instagram.com/franklinsavingsbanknh, or Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/franklinsavingsbank.

Entrants must nominate a non-profit below each post to participate in the contest.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winning non-profit will be selected in a random drawing. The winning non-profit will be contacted by a representative of Franklin Savings Bank and will be announced on Facebook and Instagram after Noon (12:00 p.m.) on Friday, July 2, 2021. Each participant is responsible for monitoring his/her Facebook and Instagram account to obtain notification of the winner and any other communications related to this Contest.

Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses, which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

PRIZE

A five hundred-dollar ($500.00) donation to a selected non-profit.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to: errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules; the selection, notification and announcement of any winner; or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK PLATFORMS, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use their photo, his/her name, likeness and/or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
