Franklin Savings Bank purchased $50,000 in New Hampshire business tax credits from Lakes Region Community Developers (LRCD) to support the redevelopment of the Gale School in Belmont. The project will transform the dilapidated building into a vibrant community facility hosting a child care center operated by the Boys & Girls Club of Central NH and a program center operated by Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS).

Franklin Savings Bank announced that it has purchased $116,500 in CDFA tax credits to close the funding gap on the development of Mill City Park at Franklin Falls. Located in the heart of downtown Franklin, NH, the Park will be the first of its kind in New England and will be situated on 13 acres, featuring several whitewater features, a bike pump track, climbing walls, walking trails, an amphitheater, camping sites, and more.
