Meet Jon Cayton
AVP, Regional Branch Manager
When he is not working, he likes to spend his free time gardening, playing video games and spending time with his dogs. His favorite part about being a native to New Hampshire is that he gets to see all four seasons. He also likes the closeness he feels with his neighborhood.

Meet Roxanne Pepper
Senior Commercial Loan Administrator
As a Senior Commercial Loan Administrator, she wears many hats. Along with coordinating loan closing, preparing loan packages, and following up with any post-closing items she says one piece she loves the most about her job is working with numbers.
“I enjoy working closely with the loan officers and other departments through the closing department and that everyday is something new. I also like the people here, they are great and I feel like we make a great team.”
She loves that the community brings lots of outdoor events all year round. When she is not working on closing loans for us, she loves spending time with her family and her dog outside hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, hiking, and kayaking.
We are very glad to have Roxanne as part of our FSB family!

Our full-time employees are eligible to receive a generous benefits package which includes:
Insurance
- Employees can choose between three Anthem health plans and a Delta Dental plan (employer shared cost). Voluntary vision options also available.

Planning for Your Future

Volunteer Time
- 16 hours for full-time employees.
- 8 hours for part-time employees.

Time For You
- All full-time exempt and non-exempt employees are eligible to receive paid time off. Paid time off can be used for all of your time off needs.
- Non-exempt employees can accumulate up to 60 unused sick days, which can then be used for extended periods of illness.
- Up to 6 weeks of vacation (based on length of service).
- Day off for your birthday: 8 hours for F/T & 4 hours for P/T employees.
- Paid federal holidays.
