Protecting your Visa debit card outside the United States.
In an effort to protect you from current trends in fraudulent debit card transactions, we have restricted certain types of transactions and locations where in-person debit card transactions can be completed.
Because of the increased risk of fraud activity in some other countries, all FSB debit cards are blocked for use outside of the United States.
If you are planning to travel outside of the United States, you can quickly and easily set up a travel advisory on your debit card through the Cards option in our Mobile Banking App.
