Meet Lori Bolduc
AVP, Branch Manager
Lori Bolduc is a dedicated and experienced member of the Franklin Savings Bank team, celebrating 12 years with the organization. She began her banking career as a part-time teller and quickly discovered a passion for helping customers and building meaningful relationships, something that has guided her career ever since.
In her role as AVP, Branch Manager in Tilton, Lori oversees daily branch operations, provides personalized financial guidance to customers, and leads efforts to attract and retain new business. Her strong leadership and commitment to exceptional service make her an integral part of both her team and the community.

Lori appreciates the strong sense of connection within her local community, where familiar faces and genuine care for one another create a true sense of belonging. She is also committed to giving back, volunteering at the Bread and Roses Soup Kitchen.

Meet Barbara Laros
VP, Business Relationship Manager
Barbara Laros is a valued member of the Franklin Savings Bank team, bringing nearly 8 years of experience to her role as Vice President, Business Relationship Manager. She began her career in banking after relocating to the Lakes Region from New Jersey, seeking a part-time opportunity that would allow her to grow professionally while balancing family life. What started as a teller position quickly turned into a fulfilling long-term career built on relationship-building and community connection.
In her role, Barbara partners with businesses, municipalities, and non-profits to strengthen existing relationships and cultivate new ones. She collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions, including deposit services, cash management, and lending support. Her passion for helping organizations thrive, combined with her strong commitment to Franklin Savings Bank’s community-focused mission, makes her an essential part of the team.
Barbara is deeply involved in the Lakes Region community. She is a member of the Lakes Region Rotary, where she volunteers serving meals at the Salvation Army, and serves as an Ambassador for the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through yoga, Tai Chi, and boxing, as well as gardening and spending time with her family and her pups.

Our full-time employees are eligible to receive a generous benefits package which includes:
Insurance
- Employees can choose between three Anthem health plans and a Delta Dental plan (employer shared cost). Voluntary vision options also available.
- Medical and Dental Insurance opt-out provision available. If an employee has health and/or dental insurance elsewhere, they can opt-out of our insurance and will be paid a stipend.
- A medical stipend of up to $2,500, if you have insurance elsewhere.
- Long-Term Disability Insurance – paid 100% by the Bank.
- Group Term Life Insurance – up to 3x an employee’s annual salary – 100% paid by the Bank

Planning for Your Future
- Cash Balance plan funded 100% by the bank-contribution levels are based on years of service and annual salary.
- 401(k) safe-harbor plan – After meeting certain eligibility requirements, FSB provides full-time employees a 3% safe-harbor contribution, regardless of their participation in the plan.
Volunteer Time
- 16 hours for full-time employees.
- 8 hours for part-time employees.

Time For You
- All full-time exempt and non-exempt employees are eligible to receive paid time off. Paid time off can be used for all of your time off needs.
- Non-exempt employees can accumulate up to 60 unused sick days, which can then be used for extended periods of illness.
- Up to 6 weeks of vacation (based on length of service).
- Day off for your birthday: 8 hours for F/T & 4 hours for P/T employees.
- Paid federal holidays.
