Our full-time employees are eligible to receive a generous benefits package which includes:
Insurance
- Employees can choose between three Anthem health plans and a Delta Dental plan (employer shared cost). Voluntary vision options also available.
- Medical and Dental Insurance opt-out provision available. If an employee has health and/or dental insurance elsewhere, they can opt-out of our insurance and will be paid a stipend.
- A medical stipend of up to $2,500, if you have insurance elsewhere.
- Long-Term Disability Insurance – paid 100% by the Bank.

Planning for Your Future

Volunteer Time
- 16 hours for full-time employees.
- 8 hours for part-time employees.

Time For You
- All full-time exempt and non-exempt employees are eligible to receive paid time off. Paid time off can be used for all of your time off needs.
- Non-exempt employees can accumulate up to 60 unused sick days, which can then be used for extended periods of illness.
- Up to 6 weeks of vacation (based on length of service).
- Day off for your birthday: 8 hours for F/T & 4 hours for P/T employees.
- Paid federal holidays.

Meet Tristyn Boutin
Personal Banker III
Tristyn is a dedicated member of the Franklin Savings Bank team, serving customers in our Gilford office. After spending eight years teaching kindergarten at a private Montessori school, she made a career change into banking and quickly discovered a passion for helping customers and building meaningful relationships.
In her role as Personal Banker III, she assists customers with a wide variety of banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, account openings, debit card services, online banking support, and more. She also oversees the teller line, helping ensure the branch operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
Committed to professional growth, she earned her certificate through the Professional Bankers Program and looks forward to attending the Northern New England School of Banking this October.
She appreciates the strong sense of community found in the Lakes Region, where friendliness, helpfulness, and personal connections make people feel welcome and valued. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing games, swimming, visiting Maine beaches, trying new restaurants, hosting movie nights, walking her French Bulldog, and reading.

Meet Alyssa St. Onge
Personal Banker III
Alyssa is a dedicated member of the Franklin Savings Bank team. Prior to joining FSB, she worked in the hospitality industry as a server and was looking for a career with a stable schedule. Starting as a Personal Banker I, Alyssa quickly discovered a passion for banking and developed a deep appreciation for the customers, community, and coworkers who make Franklin Savings Bank such a special place to work.
In her role as a Personal Banker III, Alyssa assists customers with a variety of retail banking needs, including deposits and withdrawals, account openings and closings, and online banking support. Beyond day-to-day transactions, she takes pride in helping customers identify potential scams and fraud attempts, often preventing significant financial losses. Alyssa also supports fellow team members by providing guidance and helping solve complex challenges.
Committed to professional development, Alyssa recently completed the American Bankers Association’s Supervisor and Leadership course and earned a certificate recognizing that achievement.
Having grown up in Franklin, she has enjoyed watching the community evolve and thrive in recent years. Seeing local businesses come together to help transform the city into a welcoming destination has been especially meaningful. She also enjoys giving back through volunteer work with the Bread & Roses Soup Kitchen.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with loved ones, and especially cherishes time with two beloved cats, Cayde and Stella.
