Traveling?

Due to high volumes of fraudulent activity, you will be unable to use your debit card in foreign countries. Should you be traveling outside of the U.S., please let us know by completing the Visa Debit Card Travel Notification form, by calling 603.934.4445 or toll free at 1.800.372.4445. Always remember to bring another form of payment when you are traveling.

To report an Unauthorized Debit Card Transaction, you may:

– Call 603.934.4445 or toll free at 1.800.372.4445; or Visit any FSB office during business hours;

– Complete the Debit Card Transaction Dispute Form, or

– After business hours, call the number on the back of your debit card.
