Due to high volumes of fraudulent activity, you will be unable to use your debit card in foreign countries. Should you be traveling outside of the U.S., please let us know by completing the ‘Visa Debit Card Travel Notification’ form, by calling 603.934.4445 or toll free at 1.800.372.4445. Always remember to bring another form of payment when you are traveling.

– Complete the Debit Card Transaction Dispute Form, or
